Ricardo A. Casasola is a passionate and caring attorney who graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in May 2019 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2019.

Ricardo is originally from Miami, FL but grew up in Naples, FL, and has been practicing law for the past 4 years in Lee and Collier Counties. He is a proud Veteran and a fluent Spanish speaker. Ricardo’s experience as a Trial Court Staff Attorney and as an Assistant Public Defender has allowed him to hone his litigation skills. As an Assistant Public Defender, Ricardo represented clients in cases ranging from county ordinance to first-degree felonies and tried non-jury and jury trials to verdict. Ricardo actively listens, communicates with clients, and analyzes cases to adequately defend and obtain the best possible resolution for his client’s case. Ricardo’s enthusiasm to help guide individuals and families through the confusing legal system is what sets him apart from other attorneys.

On a personal note, Ricardo lives in Naples with his wife, Lauren. In his off time, he enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife and spending time with their two labradoodles, Ruby and Jade.
